Welcome to Duvall Counseling Services, a group of independent practitioners providing counseling services for individuals in the Snoqualmie Valley and the greater Eastside.
Seeking a counselor can be an intimidating experience. Some believe that counseling involves sharing all your inner failures and secrets with someone who is then going to tell you everything you’ve ever done wrong in your life. Who wants that? That’s not what counseling is.
Counseling is really a gift you give to yourself. It is an opportunity to sit with another caring individual and talk about yourself and your struggles without fear of judgment or condemnation. It is a place to be fully free to be yourself and begin to deal with your hurts, shame, depression, fears or anxieties so that you can finally be free.
Once free, you can begin to live into what you were created to be, an awesome child of God. Our goal in counseling is to walk alongside of you as we together explore what it is that is keeping you stuck, identify that greatness that lies within you, and help you to grow into it.

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. (Marrianne Williamson)
